Past: :

After his parents discovered he had unnatural abilities they threw him in a river. He was still a baby,but his powers protected him from drowning. He was nearly killed when reaching Waterfall Valley ,but a couple saved him before he fell with the waterfall. They couldn't have children of their own so they raised him well. His birth name is unknown he was given the name Hanel Saioshi by the people that took him in. Hes been training his ice powers since seven years old and has even helped defend his new family with it a few times.
